I guess it takes a person more than a year or two to understand what Amman is all about… I miss my office, friends and everything else, and I’m also sick of bumming out.
Bumming out gave me time to think about many things… I regret the way I behave sometimes when I react. I get so melodramatic and blow things sometimes, and when I calm down, I feel so ashamed because it would be a small thing but I made it big. I wish some things didn’t happen in my life… I do not deny these events, while I may be ashamed of some, but I admit them unlike others I know.
I do not pretend they didn’t happen, I do not deny a part of me because circumstances were different and back then, I would not have regret doing any of what I did. It would be a bit contradicting? I mean denying things simply because I do not like them. Regrets are mistakes from the kind that you wish you had known better, lessons of their own kind.

Anyways, I was wondering how to keep my blog busy with posts and new things while I’m away for summer work, I have a lot of trips to do and a lot of things to manage, get done with some interviews and so on. I wrote some posts and scheduled them but they’re not enough so I thought…
Readers, yes you, the one reading the post right now could do GUEST POSTS on my blog! If you already have a blog or you don’t… Well, not anyone but as long as I know who you are, and what you can do. I’d like you to be a guest on my blog for any day.. All you need to do is write about anything.
Yes, anything! Anything about 200 words long. You can write about 10 reasons why Moey should be the next US president? LOL… or you can write about issues close to you…
Please be my guest and email it to me on featured@moeys.net

Remember back in November? My macbook was soaked in water and my superdrive doesn’t read any kind of disks?

Well, what I did… I came back to Kuwait in January, sent my Macbook to Mac & More (Digits now) and asked them to replace it, they unplugged the superdrive and promised to replace it in a month, but I couldn’t wait because I had to go back to university, so I told them to keep the drive once they get it in a month and keep it until I come back in June, and that’s what they did.
They called in February and told me it arrived and I just placed it yesterday, it took them 1 hour to plug it in and repair some system files (I uninstalled windows on the extra partition… akh, Microsoft.. always, a problem) and even cleaned the Macbook for me.
I only had to pay 10 KD for clearing the drive out of customs.
Now, I have this other issue that few of other Macbook users have, a crack next to the magnets where you usually rest your right hand, which is also under warranty. It doesn’t bother me since it is really small, but I want the keyboard changed, they told me I can replace mine in 5 minutes at the Marina Mall branch, but keyboards they have now are only English and I’ll have to wait a month for the Arabic keyboard, so I’m waiting

I have to mention that Digits’ service is one of the best in town, seriously! they even honor international warranty.
