Radiohead amazes me again

With their new “House of Cards” video clip, no cameras or lights were used. Instead, 3D plotting technologies collected information about the shapes and relative distances of objects. The video was created entirely with visualizations of that data. Directed by James Frost

Radiohead again… innovating with new ways in seeing music!! I’ve seen tons of great innovations in data visualization, I salute mainstream bands like them! Remember that creativity is as much about perspective than anything else!

I can be batman, you can be batman, they can be batmen

The Dark Knight, the most highly anticipated of the Batman series yet, hits theaters next Thursday in Kuwait (probably hit the whole universe last week, but yeah).

Everybody likes Batman. He’s a superhero we can relate to. Unlike Superman or the Incredible Hulk, Batman isn’t an alien or mutant. He’s just a regular guy who makes himself “super” using mobile gadgets.

Batman is in the crime-fighting racket. And he’s better than other crime fighters because he’s got better devices, computers, cars and weapons — and has trained himself how to use them. He’s the more realistic character let’s say?

But most of us don’t fight crime. We’re designers, IT professionals, bartenders and people with other boring jobs but that doesn’t mean we can’t be like Batman and TRANSFORM OURSELVES INTO SUPERHEROS in our own professions by buying and mastering extreme devices.

God, I’d love be batman for one day, just one day.
