Alhamdulillah. Thank you VIVA. We love you. Even Zain has announced that all incoming calls will be free from today. This is all because of VIVA. Viva has destroyed the monopoly of Zain and Wataniya.

Wataniya is still sleeping..Wake up wataniya..Viva is here…

Now with viva – the third operator coming in to the kuwaiti market, u guys will witness many changes in the telecom sector in kuwait, very similar to what took place here in Jordan.. Everyone acknowledges that Umniah’s entry have flamed up the market and caused disruptions to competition that mostly were in the favor of the consumer… Just give it 2 to 3 years and you will find a totally different scenario running in kuwait… Enjoy the show… And way to go VIVA for a storming start…

VIVA did it and broke monopoly of two blood sucking companies. They have made lot of profit may be in billions due to no competition. This is the benefit of free market. Government should allow foreign banks too in Kuwait.

Dear Viva, Hats of to you!!! Your company has created a telecom revolution in Kuwait. It would be wonderful if you could launch GPRS services at a price lesser than landline subscription charges similar to India so as to enable the customers / prospective customers to surf the web at an affordable price. Wataniya, MTC and ministry has been looting the consumers for so long. They do not even serve customers properly and used to have an attitude problem and disregard for the society due to the monopoly they enjoyed. I expect much more sweeping changes to be brought in by Viva. With time to come, the entire telecom market will be dominated by Viva. All the best for Viva!!!

its not that great as expected there are lot of untold conditions and charges.

Good thing is that Kuwait mobile became incoming free service. VIVA dissapointed us as i surprise to see most of the people return without getting the SIM from the big launch day on Dec 06th 2008.

VIVA advertised SIM is free, but you need to pay KD 15 to get a SIM and even the KD 15 should be used within 2 months. they even advertised that out going calls are free for 3 months, later said only VIVa customers. but it seems only one number.

2 and 3 fils cheap in outgoing calls.

Finaly not benefiting in greatdeal as expected.

I have got something more interesting, shocking and pathetic news for you guys. Now you cannot dial 66 from your landline. What a shame. I was so surprised to know that these mobile companies have atlast started thinking about our satisfaction. But I was wrong. They can never make us happy and never see us happy.

No more free calls to 66 numbers. Thank you WATANIYA for playing with our emotions

I have got something more interesting. You can call to abroad (any where in the world) FREE OF CHARGE from mid night 12.00 to 1.00 from VIVA. Yes you can call abroad at midnight and enjoy free service from VIVA. Such the VIVA is a very good communication company.
