Don’t judge me [Part 1]

Posted: July 29th, 2007 | Author: Moey | Filed under: Amman, Jordan | Tags: , | 20 Comments »

Don’t you ever judge me by my blog because you can’t, not you or in fact anyone by a blog. My blog is a personal blog, reflecting my thoughts, interests and trust me, even if you read every single post here, you won’t know me. You can’t judge me because you’re not in a position to do that, you’re just another nobody’s-perfect-but-god replica. Yes, you do mistakes too and you are worse sometimes. Why am I writing/saying this? because some people just measured my IQ level (based upon my posts), I tend to write funny posts, If you don’t get them, then it is your bad.

Also I can’t get the fact that some blogger just erased me from his life, because of a comment I believe I wrote about one of his photos, what kind of person does that? you know what’s funny? For the most part, people cry because they are sad, Some people cry because they’re too happy. hahaha, I cry because she’s too angry (usually mistaken for being sensitive) which is true, to an extent.

But if crying can be accepted as an expression of happiness to some people, why not anger for others too? It hurts me when I heard someone saying “You are always wrong”, such a statement… based on what? your believes or mine?

I remember the pre-blogging days, I used to be someone with lots of thoughts swirling inside of my head but nobody on the right wavelength to share it with, Until blogging. Suddenly I’m pouring inner thoughts like a burst. Reading the things I wrote the past 3 years, it’s hard to believe it came from me, because in person I’m not like that at all. The point I’m trying to explain is that I’m glad that the inner, more intimate part of myself has found an outlet, even if it is not in an actual person, but in blogging. I depend on blogging to release thoughts to reveal this side of myself to a friend, have chose not to.

I know it is silly to wake up in the middle of the night just to post my thoughts. Then a desire comes to have a friend to confide to, the kind where you can call up at 2 in the morning knowing he is most likely awake and willing to listen to your mindless chat and help you through your miserable life that you mostly do not show. And even if he or she is not it will entertain you anyway.

So I’m blogging because I do not have that special friend in life, I might have one or two, and I do not need that special friend in life because I’m blogging.

Could it be that blogging that has rendered me unable to form intimate friendships with the people in real life, simply because I can’t learn to trust anymore, I’ve put trust into many people that I didn’t need to. or is blogging a faithful companion that I’m never going to have because I have too high expectations for the position? what if I’m dead and the loved ones discovered this blog. I think to them it might be like reading the diary of a person they’d never heard about. I just don’t want to think of that.

Thanks alot O and O for the attitude, the nice days, the miserable memories and my loss of time.
