Again, I could not get myself to listen to more than 30 seconds of this. Same with Haifa Wahbi’s songs, same with many of these no names that keep popping up every other month now.

LOL she seems psychotic the second time she does the “hazer fazer..”. This is all the doing of Jad Sawaya and Jad Chouari… and the idiots who actually enjoy this crap. But this doesn’t solely define what arabic music is. There are great artists out there like Asalah, Latifah, Nawal, Ragheb, Najwa, Dianna etc.
Its just like with english music you have people like Britney, Cassie etc. and people like Mariah etc.
problem these days is same thing that happened to English music with MTV, music became too commercialized so in essence think of it as Music videos killed the songs, since they put more effort on the video to cover up for having no talent… all I listen to now is old school shit both Arabic and English
